The number one question I’ve gotten in my DMs over the last, let’s say, 16 months has been some version of this…
“Can you tell me how you’re losing weight? What’s working?”
I think I’ve had well over a thousand DM conversations answering this exact question. If you’ve written to me and asked, and I saw it, and it wasn’t phrased in a very ugly way, I answered honestly. No gatekeeping. And 99% of the time a very kind, positive exchange followed. I can only think of one person who was unkind in my DMs.
I share this because that’s kinda saying a lot, for the internet, don’t you think? I love this community.

Why haven’t I talked about it publicly yet, if I was sharing in DMs all this time?
Well, I’m not completely sure I have a clear answer for that. I guess it just seemed like I shouldn’t? Like I wasn’t supposed to, or that it was too private.
So why now?
Because I think it’s what people genuinely want to know. And you all know by now - I’m a sharer. I love sharing information and my favorite things. And since I’ve been talking about it daily anyway, I’ve decided it’s time.
But there’s so much more I want to share.
The questions I’ve received haven’t just been about weight loss. They’ve been things like: What does your routine look like now? What are you eating? Are you working out differently? What products or habits are helping you feel your best?
So I’ve decided to go deeper.
This post marks the beginning of my optional paid Substack, where I’ll be writing more openly with the people who want to be part of that deeper community.
